Knoku is an AI answer layer for documentation sites. Visitors can ask questions in plain language and get cited answers from your published docs, with links back to the sections used. If the docs do not contain enough information, Knoku avoids guessing and shows the question as a documentation gap. Teams use Knoku to reduce repeated support questions, track recurring user questions, find missing topics, and improve their docs based on what users actually ask.

Why we're launching this

From the team
Companies are not struggling to produce information, but to turn that information into reliable answers. Documentation, and information scattered across places like Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, or GitHub eventually become a burden that needs to be searched. This is exactly where Knoku comes into play. Knoku gathers scattered resources into a single layer of information. Your users or team can ask questions and receive sourced answers via widget, Discord, or Slack.
