1. About

This Is My Project (the “Service”) is operated by Javier Martínez. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of any project, comment, image, or other content you submit. By submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the Service.

You’re responsible for having the rights to publish whatever you submit. Don’t submit anything that infringes someone else’s intellectual property, defames, or is illegal.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t do this on the Service:

• Spam, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Impersonate someone else
• Submit the same project repeatedly to manipulate rankings
• Buy votes, exchange votes, or otherwise game the leaderboard
• Post illegal, harassing, or hateful content
• Try to break, exploit, or reverse-engineer the platform

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, without prior notice if necessary.

6. Paid features

Some features are paid. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy Inc., acting as Merchant of Record. Their terms govern the transaction and any refunds.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee it will be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of the operator’s place of residence.
