About this project

Pitch

DealRaw is a specialized US trades business database platform designed for two primary user personas: off-market acquirers (such as solo buyers, search funds, and micro-PE) and service-based service providers (including SEO, web design, and GMB agencies or freelancers). The platform indexes 4,962 live (500 new per day actually) listings across 27,530 cities and covers 10 trade categories: HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, pest control, laundromats, car washes, self-storage, commercial cleaning, and auto repair. Core Value Proposition & Workflows DealRaw bridges the gap between raw public data and actionable outreach pipelines. It offers two distinct operational workflows: For Freelancers & Agencies: Filter listings, construct targeted saved prospect lists, receive automated email alerts, export bounded CSV files, and utilize built-in templates to initiate cold outreach (selling web rebuilds, local SEO, or GMB management). For Acquirers & Searchers: Analyze proprietary owner neglect scores, examine domain and legal entity metadata for diligence, obtain public contact info (phone and email), and evaluate geographic markets for business buyouts or roll-ups. Key Platform Features Owner Neglect Score (0–100): Evaluates reviews, business hours, web presence, and digital signals to identify tired operators before they list with brokers. Live Crawl & Priority Refresh: Continuously updates listing information from public sources, with priority refresh granted to active markets on higher-tier plans. Advanced Dashboard Filtering: Allows users to segment leads by trade, city, state, ZIP, neglect band, opportunity score, lack of a website, or verified phone status. Saved Lists & Email Alerts: Permits saving specific dashboard filters to receive daily or weekly match notifications directly in the inbox. Bounded CSV Exports: Imposes per-file (up to 100 leads) and daily export limits (200 to 450/day depending on the plan) to prevent full-database scraping while serving dialer/sequencer needs. Model Context Protocol (MCP) for AI Agents: Enables direct research inside tools like Cursor or Claude without full DB exports (50 bounded queries/day on Pro; 200/day on Agency). Legal Entity Context: Provides WHOIS data, domain age, and registrant hints for fast preliminary diligence. Free Resources & Tooling The platform hosts 60 browser tools and 50 outreach templates available without sign-up, alongside 76 long-form playbooks: Tools & Calculators: Includes an HVAC Voicemail Script Generator, a Retainer Pricing Calculator (for local SEO/GMB margins), and a Discovery Call Question Bank. Playbooks & Guides: Covers topics for solo acquirers, search funds, off-market dealmaking, SEO agency lead generation, GMB optimization, and web design prospecting. Pricing Structure & Operational Information Lifetime Access: Available from $985 for single-user access. Pro Plan: Starts at $395/month, including daily/weekly email alerts, priority refresh, and 50 MCP queries/day. Agency Plan: Offers shared team licenses (up to 3 seats) with expanded export limits and 200 MCP queries/day.

Why we're launching this

From the team
Many people have fantastic services and products, but they try to sell them to the wrong people. With DealRaw, we create a daily “LowFruits” section for both freelancers and agencies around the world looking for “easy” clients in the United States, as well as SMB buyers searching for their next hidden gem.
