About this project
PitchZandovi is a browser design editor where any element can be a variable. Design a coupon, badge, certificate or OG image once, mark the parts that change, then generate as many personalized versions as you need — from a CSV upload or from a REST API call. The problem it solves: your data lives in a spreadsheet, and your design tool doesn't know that. Canva-style editors make you change the name and export, 500 times. Image-generation APIs automate the render but hand you a JSON schema instead of a design tool. Zandovi is both halves in one product. THE EDITOR A real canvas in the browser: shapes, text with 39 embedded Google Fonts, images with cropping and filters, gradients, layers and nested groups, alignment and distribution, snapping, rulers, 50-step undo. Stock photo search across Unsplash, Pexels and Pixabay is built in. So are QR codes and barcodes (CODE128, EAN-13, UPC, CODE39, ITF-14). VARIABLES Mark any text, image, QR code or barcode as a variable. Give it a type (text, number, date, email, URL, phone), a label, a default and validation rules — min/max length, regex, allowed values. The template then describes its own inputs, so your CSV columns and your API payload are generated for you instead of guessed at. TWO WAYS TO GENERATE 1. CSV to ZIP. Download the CSV template for your design, fill it in, upload it. Zandovi renders the rows in parallel and returns a ZIP with a manifest and filenames templated from your own data. 2. REST API. POST JSON with an X-Api-Key header, get back PNG, JPEG, WebP or print-ready PDF. Up to 4096x4096, 1-6x scale, 72-600 DPI, sub-second at 1080p. No headless-browser farm to babysit. Print is a first-class output, not an upsell: PDFs carry real DPI and page-size metadata, so A4 certificates and A3 posters at 300 DPI go straight to the print shop. WHO IT'S FOR Developers generating OG images, receipts, certificates, QR vouchers or personalized email graphics from their own app. Marketing and ops people with a spreadsheet and 300 event badges due Friday. Small businesses printing gift cards, loyalty cards, menus and coupons that all change from one CSV. Two policies worth stating plainly. Manual exports from the editor are unlimited on every paid plan — we meter automation, not creativity. And one render means one image or one PDF, with no format multipliers; several competitors charge extra credits per PDF page. Built by one developer over the past year.
