About this project
PitchMost productivity apps leave you alone with a timer. You start with good intentions, skip a day, then a week, and nobody notices. Not even you. FocusCrew is built on a simple idea: focus is a team sport. People show up more reliably when someone else is showing up with them. FocusCrew is a gamified Pomodoro platform built around crews: small groups of friends, classmates or coworkers who focus together. When you start a session, your crew sees it. Every session earns XP, keeps your streak alive and moves you up your crew's leaderboard. Every crew has its own chat, so the accountability feels like friends cheering each other on, not a manager checking in. It's for students, freelancers, remote workers and anyone who has tried to build a focus habit alone and found it hard to stick with. You can make a private crew with people you trust or join a public one. Around the timer sit the tools you need to plan and follow through. A planner with projects, labels, comments and board, calendar and Eisenhower views, synced both ways with Google Calendar. A habit tracker with trends and a vacation mode, so time off doesn't wipe out your progress. Notes in folders that you can share with your crew. FocusCrew is five tools in one: Pomodoro, Planner, Habit Tracker, Notes and Crews. You switch on only the ones you want, and the app adapts to you. What makes it different is how it treats failure. Most streak apps run on guilt. FocusCrew is deliberately non-punitive: no shame language, no nagging, no punishing missed days. It's designed to help you come back, not to make you feel bad for leaving. FocusCrew is built in Berlin by a husband-and-wife founding team and has been shipping weekly since August 2026. It runs on the web and on iPhone, in English, German and Farsi. It's free to start, with Pro and Max plans for people who want more. Bring two friends. Start a crew. Don't break the streak.
